We accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to set up and is very secure. If you do not already have an account set up with PayPal, you can do that at check out.
Shipping
All items are shipped First Class mail in the US. Additional charges will apply to orders shipped to Canada. We do not ship international at this time. All orders are usually shipped in 2-5 business days. If, however, an order will be shipped after the 5 business days, we will send you an email explaning the delay and estimated shipping date.

Returns/Exchanges
Because of hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or exchanges on our hairbows. Please contact us if you received a damaged product or have any questions pertaining to your order.
